1. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO RETURN
Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date CASMAR dispatches the product to the Customer. All returned products must be in perfect condition in their original packaging and contain the corresponding instruction manuals and accessories (cables, power supplies, etc.).
Products with open seals, which have been installed or tampered with will not be accepted for return. Likewise, it will not be possible to return products indicated in the price list as Class C or those products available on order or ordered by the customer that are not in CASMAR's catalogues or products with a customised configuration or component.
CASMAR reserves the right to accept or reject returns at any time.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
Before returning any item to CASMAR, customers must request the corresponding return number through our website (www.casmarglobal.com). No returns will be accepted, including those under warranty, with postage paid/due on delivery if a specific return number has not been generated for the corresponding procedure.
CASMAR's issuing of a return number or receipt of the return does not imply acceptance of the return. CASMAR will verify the condition of the product and will notify the acceptance or refusal of the returned product.
To make the request, the Customer must be registered as a user on the website, access the "My Returns" section of "My account" and fill in the request form. Once the form has been filled in, the return number will be sent to you by mail and you will be able to send the material back to us.
The material must be sent in packaging that protects the original packaging. We will not accept a package in which a label or seal has been stuck directly onto the original box or packaging of the product. The return number must be indicated on the outside of the protective packaging and the return form and a copy of the purchase invoice should be placed inside. The return shipping costs are at the Customer's own responsibility and expense.
Once the material has been received and it has been verified that the material complies with the stipulated conditions, the Customer will be informed of Casmar's acceptance and the corresponding amount will be paid. In case of non-compliance with the conditions (damaged material, lack of manuals, personalisation, etc), Casmar will reject the return and will notify the Client.
